PHS`NPCC AIR-RIFLE COMPETITION-cum- UNIT BBQ.
On the 16th December, two exciting events happened that kept the cadets on their toes. They were eagerly anticipating the annual games day at Presbyterian High School,( or in short, PHS) ,as well as the NPCC`yckss BBQ organised by our very own Cadet Inspector, Iskandar and also our NPCC ex cadet` Suraini.
PHS.NPCC air-rifle competition.
A total of 7 cadets proudly represented out school at the PHS annual games day and they are as follow,

- Seow Cheng Long
- Cheong Shao Lun
- Pek Jing Yang
Most of our Cadet Inspectors also made their presence and they are as follow ,

All these cadets did YCKSS proud with their presence at PHS.
Tension was in the atmosphere as each cadet of various schools competed against each other and each shot their best to bring back glory to their own school. Although there were little hiccups throughout the whole event but it was enjoyable to the very last beat and also YCKSS`NPCC cadets did enjoy their time there. oneMIND
As each cadet waits for his/her detail for the shoot, there were whisperings as well as cheers. YCKSS`NPCC cadets as well as Cadet Inspectors each cheered on their own cadet/squadmate, this forged a bond between the C.Is and cadets and this bond will mould each and every cadet into better leaders of tomorrow. There were times of joy and also times of saddness, but we know that the day will not stop just there, why ? For there is always someone behind our back, someone as precious as one's own squadmate and senior or even their own C.I.
Everyone plays a part in the unit. oneSOUL
And lastly,
We are proud to say that YCKSS NPCC Girls Team had clinched a 3rd position for the "Inter-Unit Air Rifle Competition 2006" at Presbyterian High School.
And also,
Our Cadet Inspector, Stanley Yong had also clinched a 3rd position for the "Teacher Officer's and Cadet Inspector's shootout." oneUNIT
With this,
We send our words of praise to them for bringing back such pride.

BBQ at AMK
A unit BBQ was organised by our very own ex-student Suraini as well as our Cadet Inspector Iskandar. The BBQ was attended by mainly those from Yvonne mdm's , BangQi sir's, Stanley Sir's, Jeffery's, Iskandar's, Kengleong's batch, and of course those present NCOs of 2006.
There was at atmosphere of friendliness as many of the cadets and ex-cadets interacted very well and also laughter was lingering in the air. One would feel at ease at such a place with such an atmosphere.
